Government Environmental Program

Programs started by the government with environmental needs in mind.
Government can create programs to reduce air pollution or smog.
Examples of such programs:

1) Plant a tree program. (community service)
2) Ride a bike to work day. (Eligible government excuse to be late for work)
3) Carpool program.
4) Air Pollution/ Haze education program.
